Die Cuttin Divas - Spa Time

Happy Tuesday everyone!  Welcome to a brand new challenge over at Die Cuttin Divas!  Today's challenge is SPA TIME.  I can't wait to show you what I created.

I am a huge Hello Kitty fan, and my favorite way to relax, is with a book or a movie in a bubble bath.  I decided to combine both of these loves in this challenge, because for me the idea of spa time, is all about relaxation.  I converted a coloring page into a cutting file in my Silhouette Studio.  I offset it and then created a shape card with it.  I think the end result is SO fun!

The sentiment is from Cardz TV Stamps "It's All Good" stamp set.  I love all of Mary's stamps.  I can always find the perfect sentiment among my collection.

Pause Dream Enjoy Christmas Challenge

Happy Wednesday everyone!  It's challenge day over at Pause Dream Enjoy Challenges Parties.  Miss Janis, challenged us to create a CHRISTMAS project. Here is what I created.

I love how simple this tag is!  The tag is from Jaded Blossom, the deer from SU and the sentiment from Cardz TV Stamps.  I embossed the stamping in gold, which is VERY hard to tell from the picture.

Die Cuttin Divas - July Sketch

Happy Tuesday everyone!  Welcome to a brand new challenge over at Die Cuttin Divas!  Today's challenge is a SKETCH challenge.  I can't wait to show you what I created.

 Isn't today's sketch fun?  I took a few liberties with it.  I turned it on it's side, and squashed the purple pieces a bit closer than they are in the original sketch.  Half the fun of sketches is making them your own.

I LOVE this adorable unicorn!  It is from SVG Cutting Files, and she is SO cute!!  I cut the oval out on my Silhouette, just creating the oval in Silhouette Studio.  The patterned paper is from a Lawn Fawn 6x6 paper pad.

The sentiment is from Magical Unicorns from Craftin Desert Divas.  You can find it HERE.  The sentiment is sitting on a flag from Your Next Stamp's Cool Tag Three die set.

May Your Day Be Filled With Sunshine

Happy Friday everyone!  It's challenge day over at PDE Linky Parties.  It is the 5th Friday of the month and Miss Janis, challenged us to create a SUMMER project. Here is what I created.

I LOVE this bright sunshiny card!!  I wish we were seeing more sun these days, but hopefully the sunshine is coming!  This card is a cutting file from My Scrap Chick.  The sentiment is from Pretty Cute Stamps "Sunshiny Day" stamp set.

Die Cuttin Divas - Wedding

 I found this simple and pretty card in the Silhouette Store.  I added some bling on the flowers - it's hard to tell from the picture, but I used some silver and teal bling.  You can find it HERE.  The sentiment is from Craftin Desert Divas "Simply Said" stamp set, and you can find it HERE.

Tri-fold Double Waterfall Folio

Happy Friday everyone!  It's challenge day over at PDE Linky Parties.  Miss Janis, challenged us to create an ANYTHING BUT A CARD project. Here is what I created.

I made a video, to show you the whole thing.  I am pretty proud of the photo folio and I hope you check it out.

  

The paper is from Photo Play Paper's "Rhapsody" collection.  The "trifold" portion is based on a My Sister's Scrapper folio tutorial.  I tweaked it a bit to fit my plan. You can find her original tutorial HERE.  

The double waterfall is based on a style by LMs Crafty Creations.  Her tutorial for the waterfall is HERE.

The way the waterfalls are decorated is how Kathy Orta King decorated some of her pages in her Mr Grant/ Mr Benjamin albums.  That tutorial is HERE.

Die Cuttin Divas - Camping

Happy Tuesday everyone!  Welcome to a brand new challenge over at Die Cuttin Divas!  Today's challenge is Camping Fun with Woodland Creatures.  I can't wait to show you what I created.

I LOVED this challenge theme!  Anyone who knows me, knows my kids go to a number of camps each summer.  I always send them cards to open while they're there.  This one went with my daughter to a Girl Guide camp.  The little critter is from an SVG Cutting Files set.  You can find it HERE.
