PDE Linky Party - Bright Colours

Happy Friday everyone!  It's challenge day over at PDE Linky Parties.  Miss Janis, challenged us to use BRIGHT COLOURS to create a project. Here is what I came up with.

Aren't they fun?  I decided to do some watercoloring.  I am trying to work a bit more outside my box these days.  Colouring and watercolouring and painting...  I'm even considering trying some markers!  I masked off a square on some Watercolour paper, and used my distress inks to create the background.  The words are dies from Your Next Stamp.  They are an amazing Canadian stamp and die company.  They are quickly becoming one of my favorite companies :)

How Sweet of You

Happy Wednesday everyone!  It is my day to share a project over on the PPPR blog.  I am so excited to show you the project I created with Lisa's cute files!!

I'm sharing another cute card with a face... I do love them so!  I made a shape card in my Silhouette Design Studio.  It is such a fun way to showcase a great cutting file.  

The adorable Cinnamon Roll is from the super cute Breakfast Sweets cutting file.  I love EACH of these yummy cuts, I see some more "sweet" creations in my future...

All You Need is Love and Coffee

Happy Friday everyone!  It's challenge day over at PDE Linky Parties.  Miss Janis, challenged us to create a TAG project. Here is what I created.

For someone who hates coffee, I sure LOVE coffee stamps!  This cute little tag uses the fabulous Luggage Tag Die from Jaded Blossom.

The cute little cups and the background splat are both from Craftin Desert Divas "Got Coffee".  The face on the blue cup is from "The Sky's the Limit" and the face on the pink cup is from "Sew Raggedy."  So adorable, aren't they??

The sentiment is from Pretty Cute Stamps "Coffee Sentiments".  I just love all the cute sayings!

Happy 1st Day of School

Happy Friday everyone!  It's challenge day over at PDE Linky Parties.  Miss Janis, challenged us to create a BACK TO SCHOOL project. Here is what I created.

My kids still have almost a month before they go back to school, we still have almost a month of summer left!  I decided to go simple on this card.  I had a cute pad of Doodlebug School paper, and decided to highlight that, rather than an image than I usually do.  

The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's "Lunch Box Notes 2".  It has some great sentiments on it!

Easy-Peasy Lemon Squeezy

Happy Wednesday everyone!  It is my day to share a project over on the PPPR blog.  I am so excited to show you the project I created with Lisa's cute files!!

My FAVORITE files, that Lisa creates, are the ones with faces.  I can't get enough of them...  the silly ones, the happy ones, the nerdy ones, I love them all - they just make me happy.  I decided to make a shape card with a couple of new files.

I am in love with this card!  I made a shape card using my Silhouette Design Studio out of the Lemonade Cutting File.  Then I added the adorable lemon from the Silly Fruit Cutting File.  That little tooth makes me giggle!

Get Well Soon

Happy Friday everyone!  It's challenge day over at PDE Linky Parties.  Miss Janis, challenged us to a SKETCH CHALLENGE.  Here is what I created.

Don't ya LOVE it??  The cute little nurse is from SVG Cutting Files.  I think she is SO cute!!  The paper is digi paper that I picked up on Etsy.  The sentiment is from My Pink Stampers "Get Well Wishes."

Here is the sketch that we used.  I think it's awesome!  Gotta be honest though... sketches are always a bit of a challenge for me, but this one was SO fun!

 Here is the stamp set I used.  As far as I know, it is no longer available.  I love the sentiments on it!
