PPPR January Blog Hop

Welcome to Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons January Blog Hop!!  If you are here from Melissa's Blog  then you are in the right place.  If you just stumbled upon this post and would like to start from the beginning, please visit the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons blog.  This month we are inspired by colour, and sharing projects we created, using this colour pallette from Design Seeds that feature PPPR files.

Here is what I created.

I always find colour challenges a bit of... well a challenge...  I don't quite know how to filter my ideas, and I always feel like I need to use every colour.  This time, I trued to do things a little differently.  I picked one color to focus on and went from there.  I picked the peachy/salmony colour.  After that, I chose the file I wanted to use - the adorable smiling rose, and things flowed pretty smoothly from there!

The card base is a PPPR file - A2 Card Base 3.  I have used it a bit lately, and plan to use it more - I am loving it!  You can pick up your own HERE

The cutie flower is one I LOVE!!  He looks SO cheerful.  He is from the "Flower Faces" cutting file.

The sentiment is from Craftin Desert Divas "Blooming for You" stamp set.  Isn't it perfect for this card??

The blog candy for this hop is a $15 GC to the PPPR store.  For a chance to win, you must be a follower of each blog and leave a comment on each blog. For extra chances, you can also "LIKE" Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons on Facebook and/or sign up for the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Newsletter.  A random winner will be chosen for the prize on Tuesday January 12th.

Here is the awesome freebie that Lisa created for the hop:

You can pick up the Blog Hop freebie on Saturday and Sunday of the hop, only...then they will be available for sale in the store.

The hop, marks the start of the PPPR Anything Goes Challenge. The projects can be any project features Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons files. You can link them up HERE.  One random participant will win $20 to PPPR.

I am the last person in today's hop, so now is the perfect time to pop over to the blog and pick up the freebie!  Here's the lineup for todays hop, just in you missed one of the amazing projects.

A la prochaine...
