Shiver Me Timbers Blog Hop
The first project I created uses one of the cute freebies available during this hop:
Isn't it ca-ute?!? I love this adorable Pirate Octopus. He came together so easily. The sentiment is from CTV Stamps "A Day at the Beach".
On to project number 2 - and it uses another fabulous freebie!! This week's freebie over at PPPR is an awesome shaped card:
Here it is opened:
Isn't it perfect? I decided to emboss the wood on the chest with a wood grain embossing folder, I love the texture it gives to the card. The sentiment is from CTV Stamps "Good Times" set. I think it's going to make a really cute birthday card for one of Andrew's friends.
There is some great Blog Candy!! For starters, two - count em two freebies - one Saturday and one on Sunday, so be sure to pick them up! AND one luck commenter will win a $15 gift certificate to Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons. For extra chances you can like PPPR on Facebook and sign up for the PPPR Newsletter.
This blog hop, also signals the start of a NEW CHALLENGE!! It is pirate themed, so link up any pirate project featuring a PPPR cutting file by October 3rd, and you could win a $20 gift certificate to PPPR. Link up HERE.
The next stop on the hop is the fabulous Nicole!!
A la prochaine...
