Craftin Desert Divas November Release Blog Hop

Welcome to our ninth Craftin Desert Diva's stamp release blog hop!! We're super excited to share with you in full the CDD November release stamps. For this 2 day hop the CDD DT are being joined by the Too Cute by Jessica DT to share some awesome Christmas projects for you.  There are six new stamps that are being released today in the Craftin Desert Divas Shop and are available now for purchase.

**All stamps with images have a FREE SVG(digital cut file)**
This makes it so easy, you just cut out the image and then stamp on it. The SVG cut file will be in the CDD Gallery for you to download or after purchase just send  an email to craftindesertdivas@gmail.com to claim your SVG cut for the stamp set you purchased. Tara has also added images and sizes for the SVGs in the CDD Shop.

Aren't they cute?  I used the "Snowman Kisses" set.  These are little bags that I made for the kids.  We do an Advent Activity Calendar, and one day the activity is to wear Christmas socks.  I pick up cute socks and then I am going to pop them in these adorable bags!  The kids will find them on the table, the day that we are supposed to wear the socks.  I bought the bags at the Silhouette store - design # 36675.  The paper is a mix of Recollection, DCWV and CTMH.  I stamped the cutie sentiment on the SU tag punch.

I made a second project for the hop today, it uses "Tag It" and "November Freebie":

As soon as I saw the November Freebie, I knew I had to have it!!  The Hand Santa-tizer sentiment is AWESOME! I found the file at the Silhouette Store #69170.  It was SO easy to put together.  I used the free SVGs to cut out the tag and then stamped the flagged tag from "Tag It".  Isn't it cute??

Here is a side view of the sanitizer holder.  I popped a little sanitizer in it, but it holds one of the bigger Purell containers - I will have to pick some up.  I think I may add this to the list of teacher gifts.  I think they might really like this :)

Today's stamps are Snowman Kisses and The November Freebie!

Here's my creation:

I have to be honest, this release is my favorite so far!!  I love EVERY single one of the stamp sets!  I have already bought all but one, and that is on my wish list for later - I needed to have them all ;)

Isn't my project cute?? I used Snowman Kisses for my creation.  The snowman is from Kadoodle Bug Designs.  I just thought he was PERFECT for this sentiment. The paper is from Recollections and the patterned paper is VERY old Creative Memories from my stash.

MKC and PKS Co-Hop!

Happy Thursday everyone, and welcome to Miss Kate Cuttables/ Peachy Keen Stamps Co-Hop.  I am SO excited to share what I have created for today!

I decided to make 2 different projects showcasing MKC SVGs and PKS face stamps.  Here is my first project:

Isn't it adorable??  I made a shape card, by offsetting the original snow globe in Designer Edition and welding them together.  The snowglobe is from MKC Snowman Snow Globe . The mat that the sentiment is on is from MKC Tags and Backgrounds.  For the cutie face, I used PKS Happy Lashes.  The sentiment is from CDD Holly Day Punnies.  

On to project #2.  I made some cutie Hot Chocolate holders.  My son takes the bus to school, so he will be giving these to his bus drivers on the last day of school before the holidays.

Aren't they cute?  They are little sliders.  I sort of followed THIS tutorial.  The paper is from an old CTMH pack, and the card stock is CTMH and Recollections.  The ribbon is from Michaels.

I used THIS Hot Cocoa SVG file from MKC.  Of course, I used Peachy Keen Stamps for the cute little faces.  The one on the left is from PKS In the Garden and the one on the right is from PKS Princess Faces.  I used some chalk for the cheeks and then doodled with my Sakura Jelly Roll pens.  The sentiment is from CDD Simply Christmas set.

The tag is from the new Tag It set.  I am LOVING the shape, and look how perfectly the SVG cut out!  The snowflake is from SVG Cutting Files.  It is one of their freebies.  The Happy Holidays sentiment is from CDD Happy Celebrations.  You can buy your own in the CDD Shop HERE.

Robot Gift Bag and Tag

Happy Tuesday everyone!  It's linky party day over at Pause Dream Enjoy.  Today, Janis challenged us to make an ANYTHING BUT A CARD project!!  Here is what I created:

Recently our neighbours had a little boy.  I decided to make a gift bag and tag to hold our gift.  My daughter helped pick out the files that we used.  She chose a Too Cute by Jessica file called Cute Little Robots.  The paper is from Recollections and the button nose is from Walmart.

No Peeking!!

Hi everyone, it's my day to share a project over at Craftin Desert Divas.  I have a super cute set of tags to share with you today.  Of course, I used one of Tara's amazing stamp sets to create my project!  Here it is:

Tis the season for gift giving, and I love to have a home made tag on every gift we give.  Tara's new stamp set Simply Christmas has some FABULOUS sentiments to use on tags, including this one.  

The tag shape is from the Silhouette Store #43403.  I created the shadow in Silhouette Studio.  The stocking is from SVG Cutting Files Kawaii Christmas.  I embossed the bottom of the tag with my Swiss Dots Embossing folder.  I masked off the little Santa head on the sentiment, which was easy as pie!  Below is a close up of the sentiment I chose, so you can see how fun the font is.

Santa Tag

Happy Monday everyone!  We are mid-way through the Linky Party over at Craftin Desert Divas and it is Team B's Day to inspire you.  Tara challenged us to create a TAG project.  Here is what I created:

Do ya love them?  I do!!  I am in full swing with my Christmas tag making...  I make at least a hundred every year.  I use them for every single gift we give and I have a few friends that I gift 20 or so tags to every year to put on their own family presents.  A set of tags, in a cute little box, actually make a lovely hostess or teacher gift too.

This tag is from the Silhouette Store #35160.  Once I put it together, I really didn't like something about it, and decided it needed a shadow, so I created one in Silhouette Studio, and am much happier with it now.

The sentiment, which is just perfection for this tag, is from Simply Christmas.  I know, I should have stamped it in red, to show off the cute candy cane stripe in the font, but it turns out I am way to boring to own red ink ;)  You can buy your own Simply Christmas set at the Craftin Desert Divas Store.

A Sweet Hello

Happy Saturday everyone!  It is my day to post a project over at the Cardz TV Gallery.  There is a new project there every day but Sunday.  You can find cards, layouts, 3-D projects, anything crafty!  Here is what I have to share today:

More often than not, I find myself hunting for some generic cards, ones I can use to send a teacher note, or drop a line to a neighbour.  I decided to stock up my supply.  I found this sunburst in the Silhouette Store #68598, and decided it could be the perfect base for my simple card.  The sentiment is from Ticket Talk 2.  It's a bright cheerful card that I could give to anyone for almost any reason.  Exactly what I was looking for.

I decided I liked these so much that I made 2 more fun cards, but they also use some Peachy Keen Stamps.

The sentiment on both cards is from Snail Mail.  I love just how different these cards look from the previous cards, even though they use the same silhouette file.

Happy Thursday everyone!  It's my day to create a project for Miss Kate Cuttables blog.  I am SO excited to share what I have created for today!

I decided to make a cute gift card holder.  My Dad's birthday was this weekend, and the kids always give him movie money.  You can find the cute cupcake I used HERE.  The gift card holder is a die from Miss Emma, over at My Creative Time.  The stamps came from 2 different Craftin Desert Divas sets:  Happy Celebrations and Simply Said.
