A Little Sparkle - Craftin Desert Divas

Happy Monday everyone!  We are mid-way through the current Linky Party at Craftin Desert Diva's, and it is Team B's turn to inspire you!  Tara challenged us to create a SPARKLY project.  Here is what I have created for today:

The cute little bee was a freebie from Miss Kate Cuttables and is still available for purchase in her store.  The sentiment is from Cardz TV Stamps Going Buggy and you can purchase your own HERE.  The card base is from SVG Cutting Files - you can buy it HERE.  The embossing folder is from Stampin Up, the black gems from Dollorama and the paper and ribbon are from Michaels.

Monster High Goodie Bags - CTV Stamps 3D

Happy Friday everyone!  It is Linky Party day over at Cardz TV!  I love these days, because I play with Mary's amazing stamps - I can always find the perfect sentiment, not matter the challenge!  Today Mary challenged us to create a 3D Birthday project.  Here is what I came up with:

So these are goodie bags that I made for my daughter's Monster High birthday party.  The monster high was cut on my Cameo from a file I converted from a coloring page.  The names are also cut on my Silhouette.  The dots were punched using an ood Creative Memories Punch, and of course Mary's amazing stamps tied it all together!

Paper "Lace" - Crafty Playtime

Happy Tuesday everyone!  It's challenge day over at Pause Dream Enjoy's Crafty Playtime Linky Partys.  Today, Janis challenged us to make a project showcasing LACE!!  Gotta be honest - this one had me stumped.  I don't even own lace to try to play with.  But, then I got to thinking, I have a few border punches that look a bit like lace.  I decided to try one of those.  Here is what I created:

Love You I Do...

Happy Valentine's day everyone!  I am popping on today to share a quick little project I made for my son.  Here it is:

My cute little Yoda, was a freebie from SVG Cutting Files.  They had a Star Wars hop a while back, and this was one of the treasures that Ann created for it.  I also used SVG Cutting Files Card Bases from Card Essentials Pack 1.  I just bought it today, a little Valentine gift to myself ;)  The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Candy Wars.  It is such a fun set.

The embossing folder is from SU and the paper is a mix of SU and Recollections.  The ribbon is from Michaels.  I doodled around with my Sakura Jelly Roll pens.  I hope my son loves it!  He is a HUGE Star Wars fan.

Red, White or Pink - Craftin Desert Diva

Happy Monday everyone!  We are mid-way through the current Linky Party at Craftin Desert Diva's, and it is Team B's turn to inspire you!  Tara challenged us to create a RED, WHITE or PINK project.  Here is what I have created for today:

I made some Chocolate bar holders with little gift tags for my kids.  The holders were just made by folding some paper and sealing the ends together.  Easy Peasy!  The little XO tag are heart punches.  The bigger tags are cut with Plantin Schoolbook.  The cutie hearts are another heart punch.  I embossed the background with Seeing Spots Cuttlebug folder and stamped a cute PK face on them.  Both sentiments are from CTV stamps Encouraging Thoughts.

Love Banner - CTV Stamps

Happy Friday everyone!  It is Linky Party day over at Cardz TV!  I love these days, because I play with Mary's amazing stamps - I can always find the perfect sentiment, not matter the challenge!  Today Mary challenged us to create a  VALENTINE'S DAY 3D project.  Here is what I came up with:

Do you love it??  I do!  I made a vertical banner.  It is the first project I have ever made in Cricut Craft Room.  I still love and adore my Gypsy girl, but I wanted to be sure I knew how to use the software if she ever dies (gasp!)  It was tricky, but I think with a little more practice I will be able to create things reasonably well.  

So, I made these little cuties with Valentines day cuts from Create a Critter 2.  I doodled them up with my Sakura Jelly roll pens.  Each of the critters has a sentiment from Cardz TV Stamps, the bee's sentiment is from "Going Buggy."

The letters are all from Rock Princess.  I thought the hearts made it perfect for Valentines day.  I over layed the hearts on each of the letters with pink hearts from Sweet Treats.  The koala's perfect sentiment is from "Beary Sweet".

All of the patterned paper is from a K and Company paper pack from a few years ago.  I am almost finished it, I will be sad when it's gone.  The frog prince's sentiment is from CTV Stamps' "Toad-ally Awesome".

The cardstock is all from Michaels - not the best quality, but it cuts nicely and is perfect for my die cuts.  My cutie owl's sentiment is from "For the Birds".
