Hot! Hot! Hot! Carfting Desert Diva's Blog Hop


Today we are celebrating with Tara over at Craftin Desert Divas for her very first BLOGOVERSARY!!!

This is a "Desert" Diva Celebration!!

Here is the project I have created for this hop... 


I have never been to the desert, ever - not even close :)  I live by the ocean, but it was fun to imagine what it might be like!  The cactus is from Create a Critter 2, and the sun is from Doodlecharms.  The paper is from Recollection, Provo Craft and the cloud patterned paper is free digital paper from Bird's Cards.  The twine is from Doodle Bug Designs and I got the button at Walmart.  I doodled around with my Sakura Jelly Roll pens.  The cute sentiment is from Cardz TV Stamps "A Day at the Beach" sentiment set.  Isn't it perfect for this card??  You can buy your own HERE.

    Super cute card!! You are right, the sentiment is perfect!!!
    My MIL lives in Lake Havasu, AZ, and it is miserably hot in the summer, so in my opinion, you are better off by the beach anyways! LOL!!!
